We are seeking a visionary and decisive Product Management Lead for Application Development Frameworks to join our global RnD team. This critical role requires a unique blend of functional product management skills and technical understanding of application development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a hands-on leader who can work cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions while growing a team of product managers under them. In this role you need to be located in the Netherlands, the UK, Sweden or Sri Lanka.
What is the role?
Identify investments and define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Application Development Framework.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, reliable, and meet user needs.
Identify roadblocks and demonstrate the ability to provide practical recommendations for overcoming them.
Oversee the product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals.
Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
