We are on the lookout for an Interim Product Management Lead, Digital for a 6 month contract!
The purpose of this role is to help us scale the crap out of our business by ensuring we deliver a seamless and delightful digital experience, always.
As the Interim Director Product Management Lead you’ll ensure Who Gives a Crap is executing a product strategy that supports our current and future business goals as well as delights our customers to no end!
You will partner with the Digital Product leads to create an environment that inspires innovation when thinking about how to solve customer pain points. While leading, coaching and inspiring a team of Product Managers. You'll guide the team to navigate complex problems with curiosity, creating a place where experimentation thrives and learning is celebrated. In this role, you’ll champion data-driven innovation, transforming insights into impact and scaling our digital product strategy to new heights.

As a Product Management Leader you are someone who is connected to the organisational strategy and able to apply your industry expertise and knowledge to inform your team’s strategic direction. You’re a seasoned people leader with hands-on experience leading globally dispersed teams through change and ambiguity. You lead through fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience while encouraging iteration as a way to find creative solutions.
You will have extensive project management experience which you can utilise during times of change to adapt project plans as needed. While your ability to communicate with and align a diverse group of stakeholders will support your success and impact in this role.
Your previous experience with Shopify and their suite of partner vendors will also be key to driving success. From subscription management to marketing tools, your familiarity with Shopify's partner vendors will help us unlock opportunities to scale, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
You'll lead with data literacy and a growth mindset at the core of everything you do. We’re looking for someone who can empower teams to use data to unlock value and drive smarter decisions, while constantly challenging the status quo to ensure we’re always improving.
