What will you be doing as a Product Management Intern?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our global team, from the Amsterdam office. This role supports the Product Manager the development, launch, and improvement of our product offering. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to break into product management and learn how all the steps of a tech product are deployed – from scoping, to requirements gathering, developing, testing, deploying, doing user research, and refining.
Key Responsibilities;
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in analyzing UX research data to inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards for product performance.
- Gather and document requirements for new testing solutions.
Market and User Research:
- Stay up to date on trends and conduct extensive analysis on competitors and partner technology that could have an impact on the platform
- Understand the needs of the users and advocate for the ideal UX experience
- Support product communication and feedback initiatives
Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and the wider MMR research teams to align products with market needs.
- Participate in developing and refining product features.
- Prioritize user needs and support the development of the roadmap.
Client Solutions and Support:
- Liaise with customer success teams to manage client enterprise solutions.
- Assist in training clients and internal teams on product features.
- Help develop sales and marketing materials.
Requirements
- MSc level education in any science degree, preferably with a focus on Psychology, Marketing, Business & Technology, UX Research, or related.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in technology and statistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in research projects, project management, consultancy, startup work, or stakeholder management is appreciated.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
