About the role:
Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about the technology stack being used? We are looking for product managers who work closely with business as well as other stakeholders external (NPCI, PSP banks etc.) and internal (compliance, legal, risk, product team etc.) to identify the products required to be built and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
Expectation:
A passionate product manager with 2-5 years of relevant experience in managing UPI business and creating awesome products that our customers love and engage.
Working closely with business leads to understand product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability and impact of each use case.
Engage and partner with all internal stakeholders including risk, compliance, growth, marketing and legal to drive KPIs for respective product use cases
Engage with PSP banks and NPCI on key compliance requirements and ensure that product use cases are implemented as per regulatory standards
Collaborate with NPCI on various working groups and brainstorm to build new products in alignment with organization requirements
Make sure that clear, simple, and technically sound decisions are made.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / senior management / cross-functional teams to influence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technical roadblocks and be able to clear them.
Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:
Bachelors/Masters degree from reputed institutions would be preferred
Professional experience in a product management or analytical role, Exp should be in between 2-5 years
Collaborate approach – ability to work cohesively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Sound understanding of UPI ecosystem on TPAP and acquiring sides; prior experience working as a product manager with a bank/payment aggregator especially on UPI/transaction banking.
