As a Product Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a key role in the full product lifecycle that our clients purchase, from its creation, connection, and ongoing support. Your focus will be on troubleshooting issues, identifying areas for improvement, and driving innovation within the products.  Your focus will be on fulfilling products on time, troubleshooting issues, identifying areas for improvement, and driving innovation within the products.

Salary: $26k MXN monthly pesos plus monthly performance bonus

Skills & Background


  • Preferred (but not limited to) bachelor's degree in marketing, programming or in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficient in English 
  • Experience with digital platforms and an understanding of their functionalities.
  • Knowledge of workflows and the ability to apply them in product development.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and address client needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and software quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product team to understand client needs and product requirements.
  • Provide assistance in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues reported by clients, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in enhancing the products by identifying areas for improvement and proposing new functionalities to drive innovation.
  • Apply knowledge of workflows to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather insights and feedback for product enhancements.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance procedures to verify the functionality and performance of the products.
  • Document product features, functionality, and updates, providing clear and comprehensive information for internal and external stakeholders.
