About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Product Management Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the roadmap of the core technology that powers our Parental Controls products. You will work closely with our talented team of engineers to define quality standards, improve user experience and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business impact. 

Day to Day:

  • Work with a full stack development team including Frontend, Backend, Firmware, Design and Data to build scalable, reliable technology solutions that bring value to our customers.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility in an iterative fashion. 
  • Support Data Self-Service within Aura through both FE & BE tracking with tools such as Heap and Databricks 
  • Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, feature requirements, and technical design documents.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate dependencies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues, working with engineers to implement solutions.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on product features and priorities.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with strong communication skills, able to translate between business and technical requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Deep knowledge of networking and internet traffic routing in the context of direct to consumer mobile applications
  • Experience writing technical documentation that is thorough, yet consumable by those with and without technical knowledge
  • Experience working across multiple teams and managing a complex network of stakeholders
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Previous experience working with application and website platform categorization technology preferred
