Product Lead

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product team in Perth and are currently looking for a Product Lead to join the team. 

As the Product Lead for two of our brands, with the Head of Product you will create and execute the product strategy focussing on growing profitability, boosting player engagement, enhancing retention, and managing business and compliance risks

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, customer focus and collaboration within the product team.
  • Develop an expert understanding of our business model, including risk profiles and the broader competitive landscape and use this understanding to inform product strategy and decision making.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps for each brand, aligning it with our core business objectives, strategic goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure product delivery aligns with both technical and business needs while maintaining platform stability and scalability.
  • Promote a data-driven approach to decision-making using A/B testing, customer research, and key performance metrics to improve engagement and product outcomes.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 8+ years of related product management experience, with 2+ years in a people leadership role
  • Experience in developing and executing product strategy and roadmaps, ideally in the social gaming or similar industry.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, risk, legal and customer support teams to manage and deliver product in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
  • High degree of commercial acumen to understand the business’ key drivers.
