With c.$100m raised to date, we are backed by top VCs including ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech and Marathon.

About the role:

You would join us at an exciting and crucial moment in our growth journey as we prepare our product and the product organization to scale. You would be working on cutting-edge GenAI applications for the life sciences industry, with the ultimate goal of translating capabilities to customer impact. Specifically, you will be working across our ambitious portfolio of new product propositions, as we transition from single to multi-product.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our new propositions. This includes categories spanning Workflow Automation solutions and Competitive Intelligence. These solutions are in various stages of maturity and product-market fit, with some already being used by Early Adopter customers while others are to be launched.

To make this happen, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, commercial functions (Sales, Customer Success & Product Marketing), and critically – our customers. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers (AI, Data and Application engineering), and product design to jointly develop the solution, and collaborate closely with our frontline teams interfacing with our most strategic customer partners to prioritize use cases and business requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of technology fluency, commercial savviness and a deep passion for understanding and solving customer problems.

This is a senior IC role in our Product organization, with considerable scope for accelerated growth and people leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy across our new product offerings, in line with our overall mission and goals.
  • Manage multiple delivery teams; setting priorities and clear requirements and orchestrating the necessary resources to drive value and impact for the customer.
  • Apply strong product principles with discipline to ensure that we are building the right product for a well understood customer problem, always guided by deep knowledge of customer and product data.
  • Generate and validate product hypotheses in your product area to create a roadmap based on evidence. Take educated bets where appropriate.
  • Maintain constant communication with our users and customers, seeking every opportunity to gather, understand and prioritize feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy, define key commercial milestones and drive teams across product and commercial organizations to deliver on our targets.
  • Work on all dimensions of the product, liaising with the relevant stakeholders where necessary – value proposition, go to market strategy, market and competitive environment, legal and security requirements etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • You have developed and launched 0-1 products
  • You have experience working on Enterprise B2B SaaS products (bonus points if it’s within the Life Sciences business domain).
  • You enjoy working in highly complex and ambiguous problem spaces – solving both technical problems and product questions, balancing business, technical and user requirements.
  • You are a strong logical thinker. You are data oriented and can use metrics to motivate the teams as well as measure progress.
  • You have strong product process, from product and customer discovery to driving effective product execution working closely with high-velocity engineering teams.
  • You are a strong communicator who is as comfortable evangelizing your product as you are writing copy for a product release. You can effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders, across seniority and functions, internally and externally.

What we’d love to see:

  • Domain & industry knowledge in life sciences is not required, but must enjoy complex problems and have a learning mindset. Experience working with AI or data products is a plus.
  • Passion for coaching and developing other members of the product team.
