Product Lead

On behalf of our client, an innovative leader in the tech commerce industry, we are seeking a talented Product Lead to join their team. As a Product Lead, you will take charge of defining and executing the product strategy for a cutting-edge tech commerce platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will focus on delivering innovative features, enhancing user experiences, and aligning product development with evolving customer and market needs.

Your day-to-day:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to drive product development and launches.
• Monitor key product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the platform.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech commerce or e-commerce B2C.
• Strong technical background, with an understanding of software development methodologies (knowledge of React and Ruby on Rails is a plus).
• Proven experience in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and delivering successful product launches.
• Expertise in mobile product development and creating customer-centric solutions.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product enhancements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in startup environments is highly valued.
• Ability to travel for work as required.
• Highly adaptable, organized, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
