In this role, you will be responsible for the success of the Singapore Government Cloud (SGC) environment. You will directly work with Singapore customers across government and other regulated industries to understand their pain points and interface directly with our field sales team to grow the business. You will own the environment, develop the product strategy, stay abreast of changing government regulations around data, cybersecurity and AI and maintain the product roadmap.
In addition, you will directly influence the roadmap of the ServiceNow Platform and suite of SaaS applications to better serve public sector customers.
You will also be responsible for managing the regulated markets product management team in the Middle East and in the Asia-Pacific region and be responsible for expanding our regulated cloud offering to other markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Regulated Markets & Public Sector Industry, you will be a key member of a team that drives the growth of ServiceNow’s public sector business.
