Position Overview: The Product Launch Manager is a pivotal role within the Product Management organization, tasked with driving the successful launch of new products and major updates to existing products. This individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage launch timelines, and ensure that every aspect of the launch is meticulously planned and executed. The Product Launch Manager is the central point of contact for all launch activities, ensuring that the entire organization is aligned and prepared for a seamless market introduction.

- Launch Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, detailing key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure that all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities throughout the launch process.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and other departments to align on launch objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Launch Readiness: Oversee the launch readiness of all relevant departments, ensuring that product documentation, marketing materials, training resources, and support tools are fully prepared before the product goes live.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the success of the product launch. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of communication for all product launch activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring that everyone is informed of progress and potential issues.
- Post-Launch Evaluation: Lead post-launch assessments to measure the success of the product launch, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future launches.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine launch processes based on feedback and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in future launches.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role within a technology company.
- Demonstrated experience in managing product launches or similar complex projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing risks and challenges.
