As a Product Insights manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products by leveraging data-driven insights to guide experimentation, optimize early-stage initiatives, and support high-impact product decisions.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure success, and refine our approach to new product development.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive project ideation and analysis: Take ownership of incubation initiatives, moving from early research and ideation into robust business plans, ensuring momentum and clear next steps at all times
- Business case development: Evaluate new product ideas through a combination of market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to build business cases
- Data-driven decision-making: Conduct deep-dive analyses to measure the success of incubation initiatives and run validation strategies to assess product-market fit
- KPI development and monitoring: Define key success metrics for incubation projects and build dashboards to track performance
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and business leaders to iterate quickly and refine hypotheses based on data
- Operate with speed and autonomy: Move fast, prioritize effectively, and push projects forward independently in a fast-paced, experimental environment
What you bring

- Experience in product strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role — a big plus
- Strong project management skills: able to juggle multiple initiatives, define clear priorities, and drive execution end to end
- Proven ability to build business cases: comfortable using data, market research, and financial modeling to evaluate opportunities
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
