What you'll be doing:
- Provide expert assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance product knowledge and usage developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and own experience.
- Work closely with various teams such as marketing, engineering, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive product development and communication.
- Provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and future development.
What you bring along:
- A bachelor’s degree in System Engineering or related.
- 2 to 5 years of experience with SQL, Hosting environments, Webservice configuration and instalation, Web security (for example SSL, VPN).
- Proficiency in English and German, written and spoken. (B2 or higher)
- Experience in running projects by yourself; taking ownership, solving problems, but also escalating on time when things don’t go as planned
- Customer centric thinking – you always put the customer first and find ways to make the process for them easier
- Able to work Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days at home) in our great Rotterdam office.
