Product Implementation Specialist - German Speaking

What you'll be doing:
Provide expert assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance product knowledge and usage developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and own experience.
Work closely with various teams such as marketing, engineering, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive product development and communication.
Provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and future development.
What you bring along:
A bachelor’s degree in System Engineering or related.
2 to 5 years of experience with SQL, Hosting environments, Webservice configuration and instalation, Web security (for example SSL, VPN).
Proficiency in English and German, written and spoken. (B2 or higher)
Experience in running projects by yourself; taking ownership, solving problems, but also escalating on time when things don’t go as planned
Customer centric thinking – you always put the customer first and find ways to make the process for them easier
Able to work Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days at home) in our great Rotterdam office.
