Product Implementation Coordinator

We are looking for a driven, personable and creative individual to join our growing Customer Success team in the position of Product Implementation Coordinator. 

As Product Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience for our customers (we call it Go-live), acting as a bridge between our product, sales and technical teams. You will ensure that our customers have sound knowledge of how our direct booking platform works and provide them with outstanding customer service and ongoing technical support. The role is varied as each customer has different needs, priorities and timescales

To be a golive guru, a key requirement is to be process orientated with a keen eye for detail. You also need to have a passion for technology, exceptional interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast paced environment.  You will be expected to learn how our code works and to be able to debug/troubleshoot any issues during the go-live process.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Own relationships across a portfolio of golive clients
  • Manage client expectations, timeframes and milestones
  • Oversee technical relationship with Booking Engines and manage relationships with other providers

Process adherence and optimisation

  • Follow all internal processes
  • Review lessons learnt with each process and suggest better ways to do things
  • Scrupulously maintain accurate reporting of customer status in internal systems

Problem-solving

  • Troubleshoot all technical issues during the integration process
  • Communicate and problem solve with partners
  • Ensure go-live timelines are met even when issues surfaced

 

Requirements

  • You must be IT literate and confident with desktop publishing, debugging browsers (Chrome Dev Tools) and internet technology
  • Excellent customer facing communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving nature
  • Hawkish attention to detail
  • Hunger to always learn
  • Team player
  • Calm under pressure
  • Fluent English and ideally another Asian language

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Hospitality industry or Web technologies such as: AB Testing, UX, Analytics
