About The Role
As a Product Growth Specialist, you will be a pivotal figure in our marketing team, bringing a unique blend of product management and product marketing skills to drive growth and innovation, particularly within consumer industries. This role demands a deep understanding of our products, the markets we serve, consumer needs and the ability to harness data to inform strategic decisions. You will spearhead research initiatives, develop and execute marketing strategies, and work collaboratively across teams to achieve our growth objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify and segment target markets for existing and upcoming products within the cultural, finance and payments sector.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging A/B testing to refine and optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and product development.
- Use data-driven insights to fuel growth initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and pivot strategies when necessary to achieve objectives.
- Facilitate the rapid ideation and market readiness of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering to understand product capabilities, limitations, and opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies with a strong focus on products in the finance and payments industry.
- Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and user journeys to maximize conversions and revenue generation.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including user engagement, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and return on investment (ROI).
- Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to improve marketing campaigns and user experiences.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide input on product features, user experience, and go-to-market strategies based on customer insights and market trends.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in product management and/or product marketing, preferably in the consumer, Web3, tech, or software sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to drive decision-making in a growth-focused environment.
- Exceptional market research capabilities and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams, including product, marketing, design, and engineering.
- Innovative thinker with a track record of identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $155k - 175k. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include equity, tokens, or benefits.
