Purpose
The Product Growth Analyst is responsible for giving support in the implementation, execution and measurement of customer lifecycle strategies for Kueski products. Collaborate in the deployment of promotional campaigns in communication channels such as email, push notifications, WhatsApp and others. Analyze data and metrics related to the performance of campaigns, providing insights for optimization and continuous improvement, in addition to supporting the preparation of reports and presentations on the performance of the strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the execution of the communication plan, ensuring the correct review of consistency of content, links, communication channels, terms and conditions
- Design, implement and monitor the operation of loyalty incentives
- Support on marketing, risk, legal and compliance requests
- Monitoring the performance of the strategy through meters to determine specific actions that contribute to the achievement of objectives
- Commercial Benchmark follow up
- Support in presentation of monthly results and process documentation
Position Requirements
- Excellent communication, teamwork and creative development skills
- 1 year of experience in areas such as Product Growth, Marketing, advertising, customer experience or similar roles aimed at campaign implementation
- Interest in development within a company in the financial and technological sector
- General understanding of the operation of credit products and portfolios
- Experience analyzing data and generating conclusions
- Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment
- Microsoft Office Advanced.
- Creative ability to propose promotional dynamics according to the needs of the business
- Skills to present results to multidisciplinary teams.
