It’s not just our users who believe in Fetch: with investments from SoftBank, Univision, and Hamilton Lane, and partnerships ranging from challenger brands to Fortune 500 companies, Fetch is reshaping how brands and consumers connect in the marketplace. When you work at Fetch, you play a vital role in a platform that drives brand loyalty and creates lifelong consumers with the power of Fetch points. User and partner success are at the heart of everything we do, and we extend that same commitment to our employees.

Ranked as one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes for two years in a row, Fetch fosters a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and innovation. We encourage our employees to challenge ideas, think bigger, and always bring the fun to Fetch.

Fetch is an equal employment opportunity employer.

About the Role:

  • The Product Growth Analyst will leverage data analysis to identify growth opportunities for Fetch Play, ideate new features and improvements, and conduct experiments to validate and refine feature ideas. Working closely with the Product and Engineering team, this role will define an always on plan of experimentation to find incremental improvements in revenue and engagement for Fetch Play, as well as defining cohorts and their respective treatments for our existing promotions. Our marketing team has established a strong playbook of promotion types that have a positive impact on revenue, but there is an opportunity for the person in this role to impact the cost efficiencies of these promotions by finding the right balance of rewards relative to the revenue impact of engagement from each respective cohort.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a range of experiments aimed at positively incrementing key metrics related to the health, performance and sustainability of Fetch Play
  • Working closely with product, engineering and design to build new flows that will be tested with our users; although you won’t be building product experiences, we need a strong product mindset and comfort in having authorship over the development direction
  • Collaborating with marketing stakeholders and analysts to inform our Fetch Play promotions; marketing is the owner of promotional comms, so the expectation here is to be informed on how marketing activities could skew experiments and share feedback on potential improvements we can make to drive increased or more efficient results for future promotions
  • As ownership of the “micro-roadmap”, your job will be to work closely with the Product Director of Fetch Play to define areas within the existing product that can be optimized and the associated KPIs we would be looking to impact, as well as informing some of the bigger picture items that we need to build to support further experimentation/optimization
  • Deciding cohort segmentation and treatment for all experiments, as well as managing the subsequent rollout and refinement of active experiments; we’re focused on moving fast and getting early signals, so perfection isn’t the goal, rather than a hands-on approach to quickly course correct based on early data
  • Through utilizing various tools, you will be conducting post-experiment analysis to determine the impact across our KPIs. Distilling the data and building in your own hypothesis, you will be responsible for delivering results and recommendations to the product and leadership teams.

Skills we believe you need for this position:

  • 2+ years of experience with a strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance indicators of a healthy and stable advertising ecosystem
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with and influence multidisciplinary product teams including software engineers, designers, product managers and data analysts
  • Passion and a wealth of knowledge for designing optimal app user flows to impact key metrics
  • The ability to develop a track for consistent incremental improvements across a product to drive user behavior full-funnel
  • A high-level of comfort with various analysis tools, whether that be building data views in SQL, or modeling data using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Prior hands-on experience using A/B testing tools and frameworks to gather real world data on the impact of the various changes we are exploring to create a stronger Fetch Play ecosystem.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience using Eppo would be highly-advantageous
  • Prior roles within similar reward platforms will accelerate your impact
  • A passion for gaming and its intersection with performance advertising.
