The Role

Veeva is looking for a highly motivated individual with life science industry experience in software product management or consulting to drive customer success with our Veeva Vault Clinical Data Management products, Electronic Data Capture (EDC), and Clinical Database (CDB), in Europe.

As part of the European and global Product Expert teams, you will play a key role in the Product organization. You will advocate for the voice of the customer to shape the product roadmap while representing the product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events. To realize the value of our product innovations, you will be creating valuable resources for both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about Clinical Data Management systems and processes, eager to collaborate with customers, and excited to drive their success.

What You'll Do

  • Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Veeva Vault Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Clinical Database (CDB) products
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and roadmap direction, and engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product capabilities and vision
  • Share product information and best practices and educate customers on our Vault Clinical Data Management applications through customer meetings and online communities
  • Be the customer advocate for future product innovations. Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback and product gaps and incorporate these insights into release planning and the roadmap strategy
  • Collaborate with Product teams across Veeva Vault applications to deliver valuable resources for product and release communication
  • Provide cross-functional support to internal teams, including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a software product management and/or a life sciences software consulting role. Comparable roles considered
  • Experience in using and/or implementing Clinical Data Management applications and processes
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements, preferences, and limitations to both business and technical audiences
  • Experience in interacting with customers from business users, IT departments, and executive suite, as well as internal teams, both in-person and remote
  • Strong analytical skills and English skills (written, verbal, and formal presentations)
  • Self-directed team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
  • Based in Europe (with the ability to work across time zones)
