ABOUT THE POSITION As a Product Engineer at BURGA, you will play a crucial role in the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and manufacturability. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will apply your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to drive product innovation and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products that align with market needs and company objectives. -Establish and oversee testing methodologies to ensure products meet high-performance, safety, and quality standards before reaching the market. - Collaborate with manufacturing teams to refine production processes, select optimal materials, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Proven track record and expertise with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the R&D department, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and practices. - Mastery of SolidWorks, Fusion, or AutoCAD for 2D/3D modeling and technical drawings. - Ability to conduct root-cause analyses and troubleshoot design challenges effectively. - Experience in product testing and performance evaluation to ensure manufacturability and durability. - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Open-minded approach to new challenges and the ability to integrate emerging technologies into product development. SALARY: 2455-2976 EUR/Month GROSS.
