We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join us as a Product Education Manager.
The successful candidate will creatively design and deliver impactful customer education content and user learning experiences, and be responsible for optimizing a  best-in-class omni-channel learning program across multiple Similarweb Solutions.

The role requires a dynamic, hands-on content producer, capable of executing in an agile, fast-paced environment. 

As a Product Education Manager, You Will:

  • Be a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of a comprehensive customer education strategy, aligned with the business’s user retention and usability goals.
  • Demonstrate tactical capacity through individual contributions to drive functional success, whilst also the pushing for strategic improvement.
  • Develop communication plans and outreach strategies to promote adoption and engagement in the Similarweb User Academy
  • Gain and maintain expert understanding of Similarweb products and customer personas, use cases, value propositions, positioning & messaging.
  • Build the right infrastructure, assets, and distribution for a holistic, scalable approach to product education.
  • Balance and prioritize initiatives and the needs of many stakeholders.
  • Work with product analytics to create robust reporting on the efficacy of various education initiatives
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality content that maintains consistency of product voice for different solutions, while still using customer-specific and industry-specific language
  • Continually improve knowledge of industry trends and best practices. 

What skills we’re looking for in the perfect candidate:

  • Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously in an agile, fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment, where ambiguity fuels your curiosity, creativity, and tenacity.
  • Expert in adult learning principles and learning experience design and methodologies. 
  • Experience in building/maintaining an Academy program for a SaaS company.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, working within a high-performing customer education or customer experience team.
  • Ability to analyze, and communicate the KPI’s associated with performance, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing omni-channel customer education programs and strategies 
  • A portfolio of extraordinary educational content you have produced yourself, along with statistics and metrics that show tangible business results from your work
  • Expert at turning complex ideas into simple, and easy to understand copy that drives value, activation, and adoption
  • Technical expertise with education platforms (e.g. Skilljar, Zendesk Guide, various LMSs, Appcues) and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Screenflow) 
  • Native English speaker
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
