💼 The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our product team eager to learn and grow while assisting in enhancing our existing knowledge base. You'll help ensure the documentation is not only easy to understand but also visually appealing ✨.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Reviewing the existing documentation, correcting formatting, and/or errors;
  • Suggesting improvements for the content and layout of product documentation to enhance clarity and usability;

  • Producing short videos to explain new features;
  • Post product news on LinkedIn.

We are avid users of Notion and we love it. If you share our passion for Notion (or any similar tool), with a keen interest in maintaining up-to-date and organized documentation, this could be an excellent opportunity to take your first professional step into a digital and welcoming company!

You will also have the chance to learn how a tech-scale-up company operates from the inside and become familiar with a complex software product that positively impacts the lives of numerous patients.

✨ What Will Make You Shine

Above all, we are looking for someone with a curious mindset who is open to learning.

The ideal candidate profile would include:

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow;
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing;
  • Proficiency in Notion (nice to have);
  • Advanced level of Italian (as all team members are Italian);
  • Advanced level of English (as most of the documentation is in English);
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • A passion for technology and/or making an impact in healthcare;
  • Spanish a plus (nice to have)

🏠 Logistics

The internship can be undertaken as part of an academic degree (“tirocinio curriculare”) or as an external internship (“tirocinio extracurriculare”), depending on the intern's needs. This detail will be addressed during the first interview. The internship is set for a duration of 6 months.
The position is entirely remote, offering the intern the opportunity to work from anywhere in Europe. However, there is also the option to visit our lovely office located in Bologna if the intern wishes to do so.
The role is full-time, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. There is a degree of flexibility in these hours, which is subject to approval by your Tutor.

  3. A final interview with the Tutor (45 min)
