Within Ecosystems we're on a mission to make a single Marketplace to connect to all the popular ISVs in the Financial Industry. That immense catalog of integrations will provide a huge value for the whole industry moving away from making bespoke integrations over and over again.
We do that by building an integration-Platform-as-a-Service with out of the box connectors to underlying systems such as Core Banking, Fintechs, CRMs and payments processors.
As a Product Director for Grand Central, our Integration-Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) offering with out of the box connectors to underlying systems, you will be responsible for representing and driving the strategy and vision of this product. Together with the Product Managers and Business Analysts in your team you're responsible for the success of this product. Your role is crucial in evangelizing our product, understanding customer needs, and bringing actionable feedback to the product teams. You will be the trusted voice for our prospects and customers, articulating the value, vision, and roadmap of our platform.
What you'll do
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision for Grand Central in collaboration with your team, global product leadership, and other internal stakeholders. Ensure the product meets customer requirements and market developments;
- Subject Matter Expert / Domain Expert: Be the leading trusted voice for prospects and customers in platform integration, particularly in the context of financial services;
- Frontline Obsession: Establish strong and trusted relationships with customers, internal stakeholders like R&D, Sales, Services teams, and external partners. Reflect and promote the voice of the customer into product development;
- Evangelism: Represent the Grand Central platform both internally and externally, from operational to strategic levels at customers, prospects, and conferences;
- Collaboration: Work extensively with global product leadership to build a strategy and vision that ensures future success with customers;
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and articulate how Grand Central can address those challenges.
Who you are
- You have 10+ years of experience in a product role, working in a digital, cross-functional environment across different locations and cultures;
- You have strong domain knowledge on iPaaS and integrations, preferably within financial services;
- You have a distinctive strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks with varying workload and importance. However you’re also hands-on and willing to jump in wherever needed;
- You are driven, constantly pushing towards clarity and delivery while balancing the need for collaboration;
- You are passionate, ambitious, and a “go-getter.”
