About the role:
As Aspire is preparing its launch in the US, we are looking for a Product Director to make Aspire the best all-in-one Finance Platform in the market. The United States as a major strategic market for Aspire, and we expect to be the #1 revenue contributor in the medium term.
As a Product Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have a thorough understanding of the US market and its customers.
This role requires you to develop a successful product strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market product plan. You will drive the success of our Business Account product in the US by defining a compelling positioning and unique selling proposition (USP), and by identifying the necessary features, UI/UX improvements, and infrastructure updates needed to excel in this market.
Over time, you might also be required to help define our US strategy, roadmap and rollout plan for other products such as APIs, Retail Accounts or Spend Management.
You will lead a team of designers, engineers, QA specialists, and product operations professionals, while also collaborating closely with stakeholders beyond the Product and Tech teams, including leadership, growth, and compliance.

Pay and benefits:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $200,000. This salary range may cover a number of levels at Aspire and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, performance in the interview process and final location.
