We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of our Solid-State Drive (SSD) products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and debugging storage devices, particularly SSD technologies. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test cases based on detailed product specifications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test software and scripts to validate SSD product function, performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, firmware, software, and hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SSD products.
  • Utilize advanced debugging techniques to identify and resolve issues in storage devices.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in SSD technologies.
  • Identify use cases, plan development strategies, and create tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Design and implement validation tests and test frameworks to align with program timelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.
  • Serve as a key individual contributor and technical leader.

  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to standards.
  • Proficiency in developing test cases based on product specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Python programming experience.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in SSD validation, test development, and/or debug is preferred.

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $85,420 to $143,200. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
