We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team at Wallex. As a mid-level product designer, responsible for creating user-centric designs for digital products. They conduct research to understand user needs and preferences and translate those insights into intuitive and engaging product designs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product requirements.
- Conduct user research activities to gain insights into user needs and pain points.
- Develop interaction designs for improved user engagement and delightful experiences.
- Create user personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Incorporate user feedback and conduct usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in product design or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and experience in UX and research areas.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
