Product Designer (UX/UI)

The Design Team is a central part of the EPD-Team (Engineering, Product, Design) in GM (General Marketplaces) of SMG (Swiss Marketplace Group). You will collaborate with designers, and cover the three Product Team’s design demands for our brands Tutti and Anibis, and you will cover the full OKR driven product development process. 
The broader UX Team in which you will be embedded, includes designers, researchers and writers. Together we are 10 ambitious UX-Experts who are constantly improving their ways of working and exchanging recent improvements and best practices. 

• Experienced in UX design (web and mobile) in a commercial environment
• Strong exposure to all aspects of the UX spectrum - user research, user testing, A/B testing
• In-tune with current design trends in digital, web as well as mobile
• Keen to understand the user problems and transform them into meaningful products.
• Experienced working collaboratively towards business goals by understanding opportunities as well as the constraints of a complex platform.
• Resourceful and independent – you can work to deadlines and standards with high autonomy.

In addition:

• You are able to transform Problem Statements into fast and iterative solution approaches. You facilitate your team's creativity to get the best results. And you know how to implement projects in a fast and iterative way, forming hypotheses to falsify them and optimise the product.
• You have experience with UX/UI Methodology ( Flow-Charts, Workshops, Brainstorming, Wireframing, UI-Design/ -Prototyping, User-Testing etc.)
• You have experience with conversion funnels and UI-Optimisation 
• You have strong communication skills (English is a must)
• You have great team player qualities - transparent, collaborative attitude
