We are looking for a Product Designer to strengthen our Product Design & Research team and help shape the future of the Swiss real estate market, primarily on the platforms Homegate & Immoscout. You will be responsible for better understanding our customers and designing user-friendly products for them. We are seeking someone who is passionate about user-cantered design and has strong communication skills. If you enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international work environment and want to make an impact with your work, this role is perfect for you.
In your design team, you will collaborate with experienced designers. Your manager will be someone who strongly supports your personal development.
Your Responsibilities
You will work closely in an interdisciplinary and international team with a product manager and developers to design user-centered solutions for our B2B customers.
Data-Driven Work: You will work in a data-driven manner and use data to develop and justify your designs.
Communication: You are strong in communication, can justify your design solutions within the team, and speak fluent English. German is a plus.
Collaboration: You will work in an interdisciplinary team. You can handle ambiguities and uncertainties and enjoy both independent work as well as a collaborative team spirit and contributing to the team.
Independence: You are eager to take responsibility for all design aspects and drive projects independently with various stakeholders.
You are familiar with the aspects of the UX spectrum: discovery and exploration, user research, information architecture, user testing, A/B testing, design systems, and user journeys.
You have at least 3 years of experience in product and product design (web and app) in a digital commerce environment.
You are knowledgeable about design best practices and skilled in creating quick prototypes in Figma.
You are used to working with a design system.
You are perceived as a pragmatic and open personality who - very importantly! - maintains a sense of humor even in a business context.
You have experience leading workshops and ideation sessions.
As an ideal candidate, you have previously worked in a B2B environment and are familiar with the real estate industry.
