Blend is a diverse team of problem solvers who believe that the world’s financial resources should be more accessible. Our cloud banking platform is used by Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and over 330 other financial services firms to acquire more customers, increase productivity, and deliver end-to-end digital experiences. Our software enables our customers to process an average of more than $5 billion in loans per day, making it possible for consumers to reach their financial goals faster and lead better lives. Come do work that matters.
Product Designers focus on delivering best-in-class experiences by translating user insights and product strategy into products that transform the way work gets done. From reimagining workflows, developing concepts, and crafting new interactions and components, you will be bringing simplicity, transparency, and delight to the complex, confusing industry of consumer finance.
The Blend Mortgage team builds the suite of solutions that facilitated over a trillion in mortgages in 2020 across our customers, which combined represent 25% of mortgage volume in the U.S. This team is responsible for transforming how our customers — financial institutions — deliver mortgage products: from intaking a consumer’s information, guiding them through product selection, and verifying their identity, income, employment, collateral, and much more. You will be leading our consumer-facing experiences across our mortgage platform.
As a senior designer, you’re exceptional in design craft and are keenly interested in simplifying complex and antiquated mortgage processes. You are comfortable interacting with our customer’s business stakeholders and end users to define new and transformative experiences. You’re a hands-on designer and well versed in executing end-to-end: from product discovery, interaction design, to visual execution.
