Join our dynamic Product Design team - about 30 talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. As our company and products grow rapidly, it’s critical to scale both our product experience and design team thoughtfully, ensuring every hire makes an impact!

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team in Tel Aviv for a maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will help us continue elevating Rubrik’s design standards and contribute to making our products a benchmark for enterprise design.

Description

We are looking for a talented Product Designer, with 5+ years of experience, pixel-perfect design skills, an impressive portfolio, and an understanding of usability and user experience principles.

This is an amazing opportunity to take part in designing a sophisticated platform and shape the future of cloud data security.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Champion the design process, pushing yourself and the design team to take chances and explore big ideas before narrowing in on feasible, creative solutions with attention to detail
  • Produce deliverables at every stage of the design process, such as storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets
  • Partner with the team of designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the design process - from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes
  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality
  • Cultivate relationships with our customers to ensure design truly reflects the needs of the users we are serving (UX)
  • Be part of evolving our design language and the design system that upholds it
  • Work side-by-side with our design system UI engineers to ensure precise implementations
  • Help set the bar for consumer-grade design in the enterprise space.
    Execute all visual design stages from conceptualization to final hand-off to the Engineering team

Experience You’ll Need: 

  • 5+ years of relevant hands-on design experience. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Design (Visual communication, HCI, etc.).
  • An outstanding portfolio, showcasing your work with a foundation in interaction and visual design, and idea generation.
  • Team Player: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and work cross-functionally
  • Solid presentation skills & the ability to hold your audience's attention
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Passion for getting things done the ‘right way’ and in a consistent manner across the product. 
  • You are proactive and not afraid to drive towards finding a better solution
  • Someone who enjoys solving complex design problems!!
