We are looking for a passionate product designer to join our Sportsbook team and contribute to designing an innovative, world-class product seen and used by millions of customers daily. 

You will be part of a growing Sportsbook design team that is continuously improving our sports betting experience. You will apply your UX, UI and prototyping skills to craft exciting, fun and valuable ways for our users to interact, bet and live the excitement of sports entertainment. As a member of the wider Sportsbook team, you will be part of an end to end development process, advocating for the customer at all stages.

What business as usual means:

We operate within a centralized model, providing services to the development teams that need our support.

Our cooperation is framed in between two-week sprints, resulting in a well-defined and documented design process.

Having time to learn and grow in weekly design chapter meetings.

Plus, our business as usual does not only include velocity, designs and tickets but also participation in the Norman Nielsen certification.

What you will bring

• Contributing to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions;
• Reaching out to our users for usability testing based on their feedback;
• Using your passion and expertise to ensure all UX designs are efficient & user-friendly;
• Collaborating effectively with a range of colleagues as part of a cross-functional team, with a Product Owner, Developers and Product Managers;
• Adding value to our wider Product Design team;
• Annotate design deliverables to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated to the development team and that there is a sufficient level of detail provided to support the implementation process.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a product designer
• Experience with design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD etc.
• Experience with designing for desktop, mobile and native apps
• Comfortable with the iterative design process 
• Confident working in an Agile environment and being part of a cross-functional team
• Familiar with relevant guidelines and design systems
• Customer empathy & desire to understand users’ needs and goals

Νice to have

• Sportsbook or Sportsbetting Products; it would be considered an asset if you have experience working in the industry and if you have a genuine interest in sports betting, or other transaction intense industries such as Fin-Tech
• Adept at learning quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Usability and A/B Testing
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life
• Meticulous and organized by nature
• Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture
