Your Role
As the Product Designer, you will do:
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, and use insights to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate your design ideas and interactions.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- User Testing: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
- Design Systems: Improve and maintain the company’s design system to ensure consistency and cohesion across all products.
- Cross-Platform Design: Design products for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop, ensuring a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively contribute ideas to elevate the overall product experience.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and end-to-end product design work.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Figma, Marvel) and design systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end development is a plus but not required.
- Experience in the healthcare or biotech industry is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (Spanish preferred) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
