As part of our Dashboard Team, you'll help define the visual and functional standards of our core product, collaborating closely with the Onboarding and Design System teams to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience.

What you will do:
- Design for Website Hosting Experiences: create flows of user-friendly interfaces for hosting-related features such as domain management, site setup, and performance monitoring, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for both technical and non-technical users.
- Lead the Design Process: Own the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, translating complex user needs into innovative product solutions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and seamless implementation of design decisions.
- Data-Driven Design: Use user research, testing, and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Push creative boundaries, stay current on design trends, and contribute to the long-term vision and strategy for the product.
- Mentor Junior Designers: Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.
What we expect:
- You have 4+ years of experience designing at consumer-focused UX solutions
- You have an online portfolio that you can share with us.
- Deep knowledge of current interaction standards that elevate your work on UI, as well as attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate your design thinking to both teammates, users as well as stakeholders.
- Know Figma very well. Also recommend new tools and technologies by staying ahead of the latest trends and techniques.
- You have an experience running usability testing as well as leading the conversations when talking to users.
- Note: Candidates must submit a portfolio with real design cases, thoughts behind the ideas and solutions, process, etc. to be considered.
