The Product Designer at 10 Minute School will be responsible for overseeing the design and user experience of our digital products. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineers to align design solutions with strategic goals. The candidate will be tasked with conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring the delivery of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visually communicate design concepts.
Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outputs.
Technical proficiency in design, prototyping and brainstorming tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar.
Solid understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
