Product Designer

Your role as Product Designer

Reporting to Michelle Ngai, Manager, Product Design you will contribute to Dialogue's mission to transform healthcare through technology. We're seeking a Product Designer with a flair for creativity and a commitment to making a significant impact. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of designing our Care Platform, an integral tool for our Operations and Care Delivery teams. What you’ll be doing:

• Design for Empathy: Develop deep understanding of user needs, crafting designs that foster trust and assure confidence in our Care Platform.
• Design for Efficiency: Lead the development of intricate information systems, focusing on intuitive designs that enable our care teams to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Full-Spectrum Ownership: Manage projects from initial concept to execution, constantly evaluating the impact of your designs and refining them for optimum user benefit.
• User-Centric Research: Perform thorough research and usability tests, turning insights into effective, user-focused design solutions.
• Technological Innovation: Integrate cutting-edge technology to craft designs that enhance decision-making for our care delivery team.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• UI/UX Expertise: At least 3 years in UI/UX design, evidenced by a portfolio of user-friendly digital products.
• Empathetic Design Approach: Outstanding skill in empathizing with diverse user groups and transforming complex needs into practical, impactful design solutions.
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, able to navigate trade-offs between business value, user value, feasibility, and usability to meet project deadlines.
• Clear Communication: Strong ability to convey design concepts effectively across various teams.
• Impact Focus: Driven by the desire to create designs that solve problems and demonstrably improve user experiences, particularly in healthcare.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry or with systems used in clinical or operational settings.( Nice to have)
