As a blend of strategic thinker and hands-on designer, you'll contribute to shaping the evolution of the DAP category, empowering companies and their employees to maximize their technology's potential.
The Guidance experience encompasses the complete content creation journey, from theming and customizing guidance types to leveraging use-case-driven templates and designing behavior customizations like branching decision paths. This experience is delivered through our Studio overlay on applications and the Whatfix Dashboard, offering dynamic and tailored solutions for our users.
What You’ll Do

Strong Portfolio: You have an online portfolio or PDF of example work that you can share with us that has well-defined case studies taking us through your thought process and approach.
-
Template experience: Experience creating templates for onboarding and communications (an example is an onboarding pop-up) as well as design system experience is a strong plus.
