We are seeking a Product Designer who possesses a real passion for design, a superb aesthetic sense, an extraordinary eye for detail and a deep appreciation for intuitive and strategic design.
You’ll be part of our global UX Design team, working cross-functionally across multiple product lines. You will transform ideas into reality and delight our users with products that are engaging, exciting, and at the forefront of the industry.
You are a creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. As a Product Designer, you understand design systems, technical limitations as well as business strategies and goals, and are able to get people on board by bringing high-fidelity prototypes paired with a strong story supported by user data to the table.
What you will do
- Work as part of a cross-functional team, partnering with users, product managers, UX researchers, and development teams to deliver the best and most dazzling design solutions thus enhancing the business value.
- Interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that our UX solutions are conceptualized and delivered with top-notch quality and proper design system compliance.
- Competitive and component benchmarking to make sure the design directions are the most appropriate as well as compliant with our design system. You’ll also help us take our already robust design system to new heights.
- Initiate, plan, and conduct co-creation and sketching sessions with stakeholders, developers, and other designers to help decide on design directions.
- Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from the definition stage to concept, interaction design, and development.
- Create user journeys, prototypes, and detailed wireframes, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to deliver final UI designs for development and work closely with engineering counterparts for execution.
- Help envision and prepare our product for the future through UX Strategy
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience shipping multiple initiatives as a UX / Product Designer in an agile environment
- Experience in user-centered design and design thinking with hands-on experience throughout the process, from problem definition to developing stunning prototypes and collaborating on implementation.
- Strong customer empathy and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Understanding of information architecture, design patterns and systems, and interaction design.
- You’re passionate about your craft and can balance consistency, creativity, and accessibility.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to team and customers
- You are good at relationship building and able to deal with feedback from various stakeholders
- You are a system thinker; able to see the big picture as well as being able to break things down into reusable components and MVPs.
