Tide is seeking an exceptional Lead Product Designer to join our Business Services Product team. Business Services covers products that help micro and small businesses manage their receivables, payables, bill payments, expenses, payroll and accounting.
The products in our Business Services suite have achieved product-market fit and are experiencing rapid growth. We're now at an exciting stage where we’re expanding to address new user needs and unlock additional Jobs To Be Done (JTBD). This next phase will focus on broadening the product’s capabilities to deliver even more value to our customers.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Design Manager (IC) to co-create and execute our product strategy. You will work alongside product managers to help achieve North Star goals through high-quality design solutions, leveraging the Tide Design System to ensure consistent and world-class member experiences. You’ll actively contribute to, and where necessary, challenge and evolve the design system.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding the needs of our members through hands-on research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using metrics-driven experimentation to iterate on design solutions.
