Key Responsibilities

Design Production

Produce UI solutions for Demos and Prototypes for specific use cases.
Ensure aesthetic, layout, composition, and information architecture strategically address and resolve user pain points.

Continuous Learning and Personal Development

Develop a growth mindset in the face of ambiguity, seek coaching from others, and apply insights for optimized performance.
Learn from failures and apply lessons to improve subsequent efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Project Management and Prioritization

Work independently and guide others on projects from concept to implementation
Define the project scope by understanding business objectives and identifying root causes

Communication and Collaboration Skills

Ask the right questions to clarify business objectives and project scope.
Provide actionable feedback to others' projects and actively contribute to peers' work.
Document decision-making in a clear and understandable manner for collaboration.

Basic Qualification

Have aesthetic sense mixed with a good technical background.
Have communication and storytelling skills.
Have some experience prototyping with Figma.

These qualifications will help you stand out

You're iterative, intuitive, inventive and innovative, and you love to solve wicked problems.
You aspire to become a multi-disciplined designer, such as in illustration, animation, motion, interaction, or other.
You're familiar with animations
