Product Design and Sourcing Manager

Voysey Brands acquires and operates brands that have captured the hearts of discerning clients. We currently have 36 brands in our portfolio with sales in over 20 countries and our products can be found in retail stores in the US, Europe and Asia. Our headquarters are located in Helsinki, Finland and we have a regional office in Hong Kong. Our company operates exclusively in English.

We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of product design and sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensuring design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identifying potential manufacturers in Europe and establishing relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Managing the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensuring the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Working closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Being in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.
