Product Delivery Manager (Game development)

As our new Product Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Product Portfolio team. Reporting to the Lead Product Delivery Manager you will play a key role in shaping the future of our award-winning games and managing it throughout their lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus on ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget (estimated cap hours) with high efficiency and full transparency of dependencies, and risks;
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, own the backlog, lead the team, manage timelines, and budgets (hours), uncover and unblock any issues along the way;
  • Work with stakeholders (CPO, Operations, Commercials, etc.) on priorities and requirements and translate them into tasks for the team;
  • Create a work breakdown structure for the team (backlog, tasks), and maintain the pace of the ultimate efficiency and timely product delivery - setting the sprint goals and managing the team composition for the best performance;
  • Have a long-term vision of the planning and maintains the workload of the team, create team roadmap for 6-12 months in collaboration with stakeholders (CPO, Operations, Commercials, etc);
  • Guarantee transparency and clear visibility of expectations from the team;
  • Set clear short-term goals - quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs), communicate and approve them on a quarterly basis with the stakeholders and the team;
  • Work closely with Local Competence Leads on team members’ performance evaluation and conflict resolutions.

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • Higher education in Economics, Information Technology or its acquisition or a longer-term work experience in the Information technology sector, project management, and team lead experience;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or business analysis is imperative;
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, and general ownership;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A high sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Adaptability in your approach and ability to operate independently, and as part of a team.
