HYBRID TYPE OF WORK (3 days in the office: ul. Przyokopowa 33, Warsaw) 

As a Product Delivery Manager in our Backoffice team you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Agent System product and overseeing all aspects of the product development, delivery, and required governance.

We believe that you are a Product Delivery Manager in the software industry. You are an excellent communicator and coordinator, who continuously seeks areas to improve. You have passion and interest to understand the gaming industry, products, and competitors. You desire to learn how Backoffice products play a key role in a success of our company on different markets.

You will be:

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and shape-up the product vision and goals.
  • Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the product vision within the company, facilitating informed decision-making in daily operations.
  • Creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that product covers all functional, and technical requirements.
  • Composing written specifications, ensuring that functional requirements features are defined in detail.
  • Owning the product roadmap and continuously aligning with the product organization on deliveries, securing successful outcomes.
  • Defining the scope and effectively planning the work by creating schedules/timelines, tracking deliverables, assessing risks, controlling the budget, and reporting on deviations.
  • Defining long-term, short-term (OKRs), and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working on your request.
  • Ensuring that your product and features are evaluated for usability and performance in a B2B2C environment.
  • Cooperating with other Product Delivery Managers on process improvements and contributing to building an efficient development process throughout the organization.

 To succeed in this role you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a product manager/owner or 5 years as a business analyst in the tech industry is imperative.
  • Really good level of technical understanding of how tech systems are built and operate.
  • Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience working with complex products with multiple dependencies.
  • A product mindset and analytical skills, necessary to define product metrics and focus on driving change.
  • You can work at both the team and company levels, taking the bigger picture into account.
  • Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in the iGaming or games industry is highly appreciated.
