As a Product Data Specialist, you will utilize your business process and data analysis expertise and experience to managed Services, solutions & Product data information that drive AHEAD’s Solutions GTM & Operations. You ensure data integrity of AHEAD’s product information creating, maintaining and management of data, allowed AHEAD’s business to maximize data driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solutions Product Data management - Create and Manage product & services data across technology platforms.
- Responsible for Product Information Enrichment, data Hygiene, Product data lifecycle & taxonomy alignment.
- Create and manage Standard operational procedures around Solutions product information.
- Working closely with practices, solution development and systems teams to create and managed solutions & product information and knowledge items around products.
- Create, catalog and maintain Standard solution scoping and product sizing templates
- Product Data Analysis: Conduct and publish regular analysis of Product and Solution information, perform portfolio Lifecycle management
- Recommend Product data information based on the analysis : Business and portfolio analysis based on SKU -report on Margin & business YOY
Skills Required
- 5+ years in Service Delivery/ Operations / Inventory management in a Technology Services Company
- Business Process Analysis experience
- Data Analysis experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Project / Product / Knowledge Management experience is a plus
- Salesforce/ Excel / PowerBI experience will be a plus
- Strong customer service skills.
- Self-starter
