Product Data Management (PDM) Technician

• Direct and Indirect material selection and quantity usage calculation. (DM&IDM)
• Create the BOM in AGILE system.
• Create the routing with the flow given by the Packaging team/ Test team.
• Closely follow up ECO and ECM closure within cycle time.
• Build plan readiness without failure
• Any other duties assigned from time base on schedule and unscheduled activity
• Must have experience and knowledge at SAP, AGILE, CAMSTAR.
• Proficient in standard business application software, Tools & standard engineering method (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Working on 12 hours shift (Monday to Friday)

• Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum with 1 year of working experience in the related field in semiconductor assembly and test manufacturing.
