Product Coordinator

            PURPOSE OF POSITION
 
In this position, you will work within the Product Management group while working closely with the HyperScale Coordinators on all aspects of the product flow from the factory to the release of pick lists to the warehouse.   This will include tracking of inventory levels, incoming supply orders and prioritizing the shipment of the customer sales orders.  Further, as a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will review all new sales orders and make fulfilment recommendations to the Product Management team.
 
II.          GENERAL FUNCTIONS/SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1.  Monitor and track the current customer backlog working closely with the Hyper Scale coordinators on all aspects of scheduling the orders for fulfilment.
2.    Make recommendations to improve the inventory position by monitoring the inventory levels against the current supply and demand requirements.  This will include developing a communication channel with the SEI scheduling personnel.
3.   Review of new customer purchase orders, working with the Hyper Scale team to develop a fulfilment plan, reporting shortages to PM with the goal of minimizing the impact on the customers requirement.
4.  Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency.
5.   Proactively identify opportunities to gain supply planning efficiencies through a continuous improvement process leveraging advanced planning automation and business processes.
6.   Support PM in the preparation of reports and other tasks as needed
 
III.         REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
 
Complete 4-year degree (in Engineering Field, Business or Marketing preferred)
0 to 1 year Experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal, communications, and computer skills required.
