Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a Product consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of quince products rollout by providing effective support and analysis of our products.
- Your responsibilities will encompass identifying operationalisation and roll-out plan, training, troubleshooting, issue resolution, data analysis, user support and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Proactively, identify areas for building help articles / FAQs for the product areas you are associated with. You will play a handy role in performing market & competitor analysis, user pain point analysis, requirement analysis, impact analysis as required and help product managers with necessary inputs for product roadmapping & scoping. You will also own software configurations and integration to 3rd party softwares as required by the product function.
- This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including users, UX, engineering, and quality assurance team to enhance the overall product experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in working in software product organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing/rolling out software products.
- Proficiency in data analysis, user pain point analysis and impact analysis.
- Experience in working on software integrations and managed software configurations.
