As a Product Consultant at Civica, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our customers transform their asset management systems, working closely with clients across multiple projects to implement our Cx Asset Management and Keystone products.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted expert guiding customers through the implementation process, from initial configuration to post-live support. You'll gain deep knowledge of Civica’s full Housing solutions, becoming a key player in ensuring that each implementation is successful, delivered on time, and meets the unique needs of our customers.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Collaborate with Civica customers, providing both remote and onsite consultancy services during the implementation of Cx Asset Management and Keystone products, as well as our Cx Housing system.
- Take ownership of customer implementations, ensuring each project runs smoothly and delivers optimal results.
- Demonstrate Civica products, offering tailored recommendations based on each customer’s business needs.
- Guide clients through the technical integration of Civica Housing Cx and Cx Asset Management, ensuring they get the most out of their system.
- Support data migration efforts, ensuring asset data is properly reconciled and integrated.
- Provide ongoing support and advice on best practices for configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify new approaches to consultancy tasks and improve implementation processes.
- Contribute to product development by offering insights and recommendations that shape our roadmap.
- Act as the face of Civica to our clients, upholding our core values of knowledge, integrity, and action in every interaction.
Requirements
You will be an experienced Product Consultant who posses the following skills:
- Positive, proactive, solution focused and self-motivated individual.
- Strong interpersonal skill, working equally well as part of a team or alone with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to deliver messages clearly and concisely in line with the recipient’s viewpoint, be that technical, managerial, or strategic.
- Proven experience in a consultancy role.
- Good understanding of asset management and in particular compliance, asset management, planned works and asbestos requirements, legislation, or framework.
- Good understanding and or experience of repairs framework and practices within the housing industry.
- Ability to present to audiences and lead customer meetings such as design, requirements gathering or build workshops.
- Experience in demonstrating software products.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Flexible, with good time management skills; willing to work away from home and work anti-social hours when required.
- Full UK Driving license.
