You’ll work with a range of customers and products, ensuring smooth implementations of our Transend Fleet Management and Delivery Management solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver expert consultancy services for Civica’s Transend products, providing top-tier technical advice and training
- Implement and configure Civica software in line with project guidelines, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Use your technical skills to administer MSSQL databases and create SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Support customers in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing issues and ensuring resolutions
- Identify and act on opportunities to offer additional products or services
- Produce high-quality documentation for both internal and customer use
- Collaborate closely with project managers, account managers, and customers to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide excellent customer service, managing queries and escalating issues where needed
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in software implementation, preferably within a software house or the transport sector
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database administration
- Expertise in Microsoft Server and IIS configuration
- Ability to gather requirements and work closely with customers to ensure successful project delivery
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland to support customers
