What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
- Lead a team of PMMs, video and written content professionals;
- Set objectives and key results for the whole team, be proficient at accurately tracking them, and assure there is an action plan how to make an impact;
- Own product launch planning, including messaging and communication for our current customers;
- Advocate our customers and provide insights to Product team;
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure that internal teams are well informed about new features and their value to customers;
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Operations teams to align on product launch and product adoption activities;
We expect that you’ll bring:
- A proven track record of successfully managing marketing or communication projects or campaigns;
- Experience in leading a team;
- Experience in working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders from multiple teams;
- Experience in driving customer insights from customer research and data analysis;
- Experience using data and analytics to measure the impact of your work;
- Results-driven approach and an owner’s mindset;
- The ability to be organized and detailed-oriented;
- Fluent in English;
