- Handling for lending project.
- Gather feedback from users/customers and translate it into product requirements.
- Prioritize the product roadmap and take ownership of product requirements based on customer needs.
- Lead the product development process in an agile manner.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team.
- Work with product designers to create the best UI/UX for users in the market.
- Develop the roadmap based on customer feedback, data, and market needs.
- Review user stories to ensure that outcomes meet initial requirements.
- Review test scenarios for improvements, features, and projects to ensure they align with initial requirements.
- Manage various product metrics like Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU).
- Conduct thorough testing such as A/B testing and pilot tests.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in Project Management.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of technical/system development is a plus.
- Understanding of customer research.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
